Francie Mathes
For over 30 years Francie has worked extensively on supporting non-profits, Tribal Nations and Local Governments in providing programs and services designed to relieve poverty to people with low-incomes. With broad experience working with government and nonprofit organizations at the state and national levels, she is proficient in program management, advancing agency culture, providing training and technical assistance for organizational improvement and compliance.
Francie is a nationally certified trainer, providing results-oriented, and best practices training, community assessment, organizational standards and training on Board roles and fiduciary responsibilities for organizations. She works with organizations to explore strategies and develop systems for continuous improvement, accountability and innovation.
She has developed policy for individuals and families experiencing poverty, worked with State Legislatures, and has a special interest in helping organizations improve outcomes, and ensure programs are delivering effective responsive services, and support a culture of equity, inclusion and diversity.
